Assalammualaikum dan selamat sejahera.
it's been a few weeks after all. little bit busy dengan pelbagai tugas sebagai seorang lecturer muda neh. muahah! ok back to the tajuk. since dari saya kecik, saya telah di didik dgn perception yang mengatakan hospital government punye doctor leceh untuk jumpa, especially specialist and usually kami prefer menggunakan swasta punye perkhidmatan. however, recently, perception saya agak berubah bila saya mendapat rawatan yang sangat baik di Hospital Kota Bharu dan juga di Port Dickson. hati kecik saya berdetik might be because kita dah maju and ada banyak facilities and kemudahan yg much more better than before. tapi melalui penelitian saya, saya dapat merasakan yang menjadi masalah utama kepada goverment hospitality ialah their services. services pulak bergantung kepada mentality dan perception certain workers towards job yang dia buat and jawatan yang dia sandang. when we talk about level of satisfaction neh mesti kita mula nk salahkan clerk/ nurse yang selalu di labelkan kurang mesra.
but in my case, perkidmatan yang saya terima dari staff yang lain sangat memuaskan hati. yang menjadi masalah nye ialah doktor itu sendiri. y?
few days ago saya ada terbaca satu artikel dalam newspaper regarding 1 symptoms and critical disease yang dilabelkans bg penyakit PJJ (penyakit jarang jumpe). so saya gooling around, search for cause and effect. reason. meaning that i dah buat some research and and roughly saya dah taw background of this penyakit. i did call this hopital university, and tanya further to whom i should refer to or talk to about this things. the lady whom pick up the phone is very polite. since i did mention my intention to speak and if possible to set for an appointment with the doctor. i also did tanya is it possible nk teros buat appointment with this Prof Doc, a.k.a specialist? is it the right way of doing it. she did mention, it will be much more better, and bla bla bla. i said boleh sambung kan dia ke. she did sambung kn unluckily cant get thru him aka tak berangkat. so what happend next?
naik segan nk call few times suruh sambung kan. while i was browse thru that hospital univ punye webby, i found out his direct line. then luckily he did pick up. alhamdulillah. then, i did ask is it Prof Doc XXXX. then he said yes i am. then i introduce myself. and i did mention Prof, is it possible for us to talk for few minutes. he did say yes. then i start mention about his article and reason y i call. then suddenly, he like " where are you from?". aku like. erk! (in the middle of the conversation) im from Shah Alam. then he like. No, what im trying to ask here is, what company are you represent? grrr! tarik nafas disitu.
as i mention earlier, i didnt mention/ represent anyone. saboooooo lagik disitu. grr! suddenly he seems like pissed off. dia kata u ganggu i tgh discussion. then dia kata u suppose representing somebody or institution. i dunt entertain individual. if you having symptoms. then what u have to do, u ask your doctor to revert to me. or if you dont have any family doctor, go to any clinic or hospital, make your check up there and to talk tp your doctor. might be u just assuming instead of having the disease itself. aku??????? then he keeptalk about goverment policies yg merepek2. then ask me from whom i did get his number? panas.
rasa nak cekik dia sampai pingsan. tarik nafas!!! Excuse me prof, but just now u did mention to me that you are able to talk to, and why you keep on asking me am i represent somebody / institution? meaning that what? you only entertain me if im a reporter/ journalist only? mcm tuh? and for your info i take ur direct line number from website, which can be viewed by public. if you intend to hide it, maybe you should ask your unive policies to hide all phone numbers instead of providing there, of cos with a good reason. and Prof, i did call the Hospital myself and they did ask me to talk to you myself about this topic. and perhaps i could straight away make an appointment with you. however they way u talk to me doesn't represent a Doctor attitude and top of it, Professor. u shouldn't treat me like i'm one of your student, since i am lecturer too.
and with that aku teros say thank you for your time and long advice just now. toooooOOOOOoOOOOOt teros letak telefon. puas + marah + kecewa = menggigil. in the middle masa aku tgh ckp, he keep on interrupting. aku wat derk jerk kan. nk kurang ajar dgn aku yg sgt kurang ajar neh. mmg kena lah ko kn? itu ker attitude seorang doctor. ayat dlm paper nk propa habes. sah sah la dekat dlm tuh ko did mention yang penyakit tuh tak sume doctor tahu or even realize about it. and now you are talking bull shit with me. WTF! aku rasa and dah pastikan yang bahasa and attitude aku sehabis baik dah masa call tuh supaya tak sounds so kurang hajau yet nampak bodoh. but the way he treat me rasa mcm aku bodoh and naive habes. gile tak mesra pelanggan. the problem is not about policies.but people. come on doctors, you are dealing with people/ human. they have feelings. you also ada feelings. tak semua hari langit selalu nyer cerah. tapi as professional, you should know how to put everything in the right way. and jgn buat you look lame in others eyes. especially emotionally. it is subjective things. however, you have to control it and put a gap. kalu you pun beremosi.die lah patient mcm neh. oh traumatize habes di buat nyer. as for me, maybe la sume org ada mental emotion disturbance kan. however, as a doctor whom having the Professor title you shouldn't treat people like this. even though i might be wrong. ***keciwa habes***
so kesimpulannya, KPJ lagik lah aku akan tuju after this. huh! annoying habes. hati maseh sakit yer. mcm teringat2 kejadian semalam. sentap hati mak nak. haha!
free advice to doctor. treat human equally/ able to put gap between personal life and professionalism/ rational/ manis mulut sikit - tak rugi pon ko senyum kat org or even buat baik dgn org and manis2 mulot sikit/ services yg diberikan haruslah baik dan ikhlas - if service mcm harem; dapat species mcm aku neh, naya lah ko kan. aku sekolah kan balik. sb pantang tol aku org nk memarah mcm tuh sb he think he is powerful + hak aku sbgai future customer a.k.a patient.dah lah keje kerajaan, represent goverment pastu buat mcm taik. mana org tak nk g hospital kerajaan. kadang2 org dah tua2 neh, malu taw tak kena marah or herdik depan org ramai. mcm budak2 lak nk kena marah. kena marah pulak sb nyer something yang u rasa tak logik langsung. of cos species manusia cam aku neh. PANTANG!!!! dgn benda2 mcm tuh. / so sbg future customer kpd that hopital university, teros sentap and of cos, ever and ever takkan pegi hospital tuh. / stick to private ; gud service and i pay for your service. tak sakit hati.supposedly hospital, health care industry sepatot nye lebey mesra pengguna. bcos u are dealing with human everday and forever and ever. you are under service industry.huh. use your brain and common sense to react.
p/s: lagik satu selalu sakit hati, pegi tmpt yg offer service then dia treat us like we dont have money to pay. grrrrr!
till then uolls.
lots of love.
